Locally owned and operated by Art Kirk and Josh Trombley, who also own The Switzerland Inn, The Keuka Lake Motel, and Wise Guys Pizza in Hammondsport. Both gentlemen grew up in Penn Yan and are active members in the Penn Yan and Hammondsport communities.
